In 1974, our Club was founded and named “Vettemen”.

The goals were to promote safe, interesting, family-oriented Corvette activities and to exchange technical information.

In 1979, the name of the club was changed to “Corvette Memphis”. The goals written into those first by-laws guide the club today; we participate in car shows and displays, conduct rallies and tours and enjoy parties and picnics. Technical information is exchanged whenever two or more Corvette Memphis club members get together to talk about their cars.

Membership is open to all Corvette owners and enthusiasts who wish to know more about “America’s only true sports car” and want to enjoy the Corvette experience. Because Corvette Memphis is primarily interested in those who will be active participants in the club, there is a requirement that three Corvette Memphis sponsored activities or meetings be attended as a visitor prior to membership application. Annual family membership dues are $120.
